My how time does fly... My baby girl is already 2 months old!

Today you are two months old. You've really grown big, and have pretty much left behind all your 0-3 month clothes already. You're probably around 12 pounds or so, and maybe 24 inches? We dont have a scale and im too tired to get out the tape measure, but those are my guesses.
You had your first real adventure last week- we took you all the way to the US! Well, the embassy in Mexico City that it is. You are now offically a US citizen, we should be getting your passport anyday next week. You did really well on the buses- sleeping the whole time, which gives me hope for when we actually DO go to the US. You were wide awake in the Embassy though. You usually are in new places, you want to look around and figure out where you are. You definetly know when you are at home. One of your favorite places is sitting in your U-pillow on the bed staring up at the fan. The contrast of the dark wood against the white ceiling draws your attention. Then when we turn it on, you usually laugh at how the shadows change. You laugh often, espcially with your papa, grandma, and me.
You've gotten really close to being on a schedule. Some days you're more awake than others, but you are feeding pretty much every three hours. The past week you've been sleeping 5 hours at night! This is very exciting to me, seeing as how i'm back at work now. I miss you everyday that Im working, but I know that you and Grandma have a great time together.
Your Uncle Stephen came for a visit two weeks ago, and you both seemed to really enjoy your time together. We both miss his calming presence. Your Aunt Katie has been here basically since you were born, and she's leaving next week. I'm sure you'll miss her too.
You're starting to get a little fussy now, so I'll leave it at this. I love you tons and tons and am so excited to watch you grow.
